RECOVERY
Recovery comes from the word “recoveren,” which originates from 1300’s England and France and means "to regain consciousness." In other words, it translates into returning to a normal state of emotion, physical health and strength. In order to regain strength, a plan of action must first be initiated. In order to design a plan of action, important and integral designs known for centuries to change one’s life for the better must be practiced. Thus, begins, an awakening. An awakening to a long future of living life on life’s terms without the use of mood and mind altering substances.
